The Wood-owl is a predatory bird with nocturnal habits. It has grayish brown feathers with brown and white spots. Wood-owls make their nests in holes they find in tree trunks. They can rotate their head half circle (180┬║) to see what is going on around them. They have two feathers over their eyes, that look like pointed ears. Their call sounds like ΓÇ£gur-go-go-go-go.ΓÇ¥
